Founding Partner

Julien Leleu

Julien started his career in the M&A division of Goldman Sachs in London and in Paris. In 2005 he joined the Alpha Private Equity fund as a Director focusing on midcap transactions in France and in the Benelux. He then took over and managed a distressed company in subsaharan Africa. He became head of Private equity at Massena Partners before focusing on Flandrin, which he had founded in 2013. Julien graduated from HEC in Paris.

Victor Dumortier

Victor started his career in the Alpha Private Equity fund in Paris focusing on midcap transactions in France and in the Benelux. He joined another Private Equity fund Activa Capital and then moved to the M&A division of Foncia, a French company under LBO. He founded his own advisory boutique in 2014. Victor graduated from EM LYON and he is now based in Paris.

Camille Chatelle

After a first experience in Equity Capital Market at CACIB in New-York, Camille joined PwC in the Transaction Services team in Paris. In 2019, she became CFO at Circ, a micro-mobility start-up acquired by Bird, leader of the sector.
Camille graduated from Master 225 of University Paris Dauphine.

Théodore Winter

Prior to joining Priam Partners in 2017, Théodore gained experience in Investment Banking in the M&A division of BNP Paribas in Paris and at HSBC, where he worked within the DCM Sovereign team.
Theodore graduated from EM LYON and he is now based in Paris.

Alexandre Benoliel

Alexandre started his career in the Transaction Services and Restructuring division of Eight Advisory in Paris. He previously gained experience at EY in Paris and in Milan.
Alexandre graduated from ESCP and is based in Paris.

Olivier Fitoussi

Olivier started his asset management career at DWS (Deutsche Bank group) in 2003, as relationship manager. In 2010 he joined State Street Global Advisors as the Head of External Distribution for France, Monaco, Spain and Portugal. He was also involved in the development of the Active mutual funds range. From 2018, he joined Roche-Brune AM, a boutique acquired in 2020 by APICIL Asset Management. He was nominated then Head of Sales, in touch with institutional investors, distributors and IFAs across Europe.
Olivier graduated from ESCP Europe.
General Secretary

Nicolas Messier

Prior to joining Flandrin Finance, Nicolas worked for 7 years at EY Paris on “risk and regulation” topics for private equity funds in a transaction context and also as an auditor of alternative investment funds. Between 2014 and 2017, he was General Secretary and Compliance officer at OTC AM, a management company specialized in small capitalization investments.

Nicolas graduated from SKEMA Business School.
